By now all meetings should be scheduled. All scheduled meetings will now show up in a participants agenda.
Sending out final agenda
1-3 days prior to the event you should let participant know that their agenda is ready. Do this by sending out an Outbox message in which you include the Agenda or Meetings link or the Agenda/Meetings Action Button. You can find a template here.
Each participant accessing the link above will have access to
- My agenda - participant's own personalised agenda, including the selected sessions and the scheduled meetings
- Full event agenda - the event's full agenda
- Download agenda as PDF - the ability to download the agenda in PDF format
This email is the right place to put any information that might be necessary for the actually event that is about to take place.
The participants who should receive the final agenda should be chosen based in the following criteria:
- Validated participants - Validated - Yes
- Meeting status - Has scheduled meetings
Participants can subscribe their agendas to their calendar, by clicking on My Agenda and Subscribe to Calendar.
