Managing Your Organiser Account

Every organiser has an account at b2match. This account is associated to the events an organiser has created or for which is Support Organiser.

Creating an Account

To create an account go to the organiser tool, visit https://admin.b2match.com and click on Click here to register.

  1. Enter you Name and Organisation
  2. This email and password will be your login information
  3. Accept the terms and conditions and click on register

Check your email’s inbox for a confirmation message from b2match. In this message, there will be a link you can use to confirm your account. After confirm your account you can log in to the b2match Organiser Tool.

Login

To log in to the b2match Organiser tool, visit https://admin.b2match.eu.

Log In

  1. Enter the email and password you have signed up with.
  2. Click on Login.
 

Log Out

To log out of the b2match Organiser Tool:

  1. Go to your profile photo.
  2. Click on Log Out in the menu.
 

Edit your Profile & Organisation Information

Edit your Profile

  1. Go to your profile photo
  2. Click on Edit my account.
  3. Change your Profile or Organisation Information.
  4. Press Save changes.
 

Change your email address

To change your email address:

  1. Go to your profile photo
  2. Click on Edit my account.
  3. Enter a new Email Address.
  4. Press Send verification mail.
  5. Click on the link in the email to confirm the new email.
 

Change password

To change your password:

  1. Go to your profile photo
  2. Click on Edit my account .
  3. Enter a new password and repeat it.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Press Save new password.
