Booking rules

Booking Rules give organisers the ability to define which participants are allowed to book each other. Some events have the requirement that a certain group of participants can not book others becuase only a selected few participants are actually allowed to requst meetings. Booking rules make it possible to provide this behaviour. This happens with the help of Participant Types.

Defining Booking Rules

Go to Configuration and click on Booking Rules. By default all possible combinations are enabled.

Booking rules work similair to visibility rules which allow you to define which participant types can see each other inside the participant list.
