Enabling Event Feedback

  • Go to Configuration - Follow-ups - Questionnaire.
  • Click on Enabled.

  • Configure your questions
  • Let the participants know that the feedback is now enabled by sending them an Outbox message. A link to the website will be automatically included in the email. Once logged in the b2match account, they need to go to My profile (click on their photo/name on the right side of the screen) and answer the questions by clicking on Go to feedback.
