Event Feedback - Basics

B2Match offers the following two feedback typs: 

1st stage Feedback

Right after the event to measure participants satisfaction with:

  • Part 1 - the general event organisation: A predefined set of questions is available, which you can adapt to your specific needs. 
  • Part 2 - rating the quality of each meetings 

2nd stage Feedback

About 4 - 6 months after the event you can measure the impact of every meeting. No additional questions about the event are possible. 

 

Timelines of the feedback mailings?

1st stage Feedback

  • 1. Mailing (right after the event)
    you can expect 20%-40% return rate
  • 1. Reminder (2 weeks later)
    you can expect further ~20%
  • 2. Reminder (4 weeks later)
    you can expect further ~10%
  • Afterwards:
    Contact client (by phone) and insert the feedback by yourself
    Use the Feedback tab in the dashboard to rate meetings by yourself

 2nd stage Feedback

  • 1. Mailing (4-6 months after the event)
  • 1. Reminder (2 weeks later)
  • 2. Reminder (4 weeks later)
  • Afterwards:
    Contact client (by phone) and insert the feedback by yourself
    Use the Feedback tab in the dashboard to rate meetings by yourself

 All inserted feedback data can be downloaded via the menu point "REPORTS".
