Administrator & Co-organizers (Basics)

Main administrators and co-organiser have access to the backend of B2Match.

Main organiser have full access to all functions in the backend and can add further administrators and co-organisers.

Co-organiser have a limited access to the backend:

  • They have no access to the menu point "SETTINGS", "MAILINGS" and "SCHEDULING"
  • Via the menu point "PARTICIPANTS" they can only edit participants data/book meetings they are responsible for.

Co-organiser usually take care of a specific group of participants. 

Administrators and co-organiser can sign in via

  • email address and password, which have been inserted by one administrator.
  • their autologin link, which you can find in the administrator form.
