An important part of the attendee experience, the event badges help participants connect to each other more easily. b2match enables organisers to customise their event badges in detail.
Please contact the sales team if you need the settings presented in this article. Afterwards, you can access the badge editor in the organiser’s tool menu. In order to do so click on Add badge.
Fill in the Badge info as follows:
- Title - Add a title for your badge
- Filter - Add a filter if you want to create badges for a particular group of participants. You can find and edit the filter in Participants - Predefined Filters
- Sort badges by - you can sort the badges by first name, participant number, last name or organisation name
- Badges side - you can generate front side only or front and back side badges.
Badges for a Single Participant
Generating a badge for one participant requires activating the Download Badge button in the participant's profile. The organiser can enable this feature by ticking Active, next to the batch title.
