Participant's Guide: Changing Email Address

  • Login to the b2match platform using your email address and your password
  • Go to Account settings (in the dashboard, under your photo and profile information) or My account settings (move your mouse on your name at the top menu)
  • Enter your email and password again for confirmation
  • Enter the new email in Account email address field
  • Click on Update Email Address
  • Wait for the confirmation email in your inbox and then confirm it.

The email address cannot be changed with an email which already exists in the system. In this case you need to login to the b2match platform with the aforementioned email address and use it for registering to the event. 

Organisers cannot change participants' emails as the email change has to be confirmed via the new email inbox - the email confirmation is received in the participant's inbox.
