In the light of recent of recent circumstances, we worked on offering a solution to our clients, the organizers who are interested in making their event fully virtual, without physical attendance.
Our solution was built to support interactive sessions, such as pitches and workshops, which cannot allow the participation of a large number of attendees. For more static sessions with large audiences, such as conferences, take into consideration the pre-recording of the speech or the available streaming solutions.

How to activate it
When creating your session, tick Online/Virtual Session.
There are two options:
- Integrated Video Conferencing through Eyeson
The video integrated solution currently supports online conference sessions with maximum 100 participants. If selected, the session will be an integrated interactive session. The participation to the online session will be available immediately, through a button available in the participants' agenda.
- Custom URL
If selected, the organizer needs to provide the link to the meeting in the tool they want to use. Tools like Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex are supported and they can be integrated in the session settings directly.
The virtual session will have the Online label in the organizer's tool and also, the Join online button will be active. The organizer is able to test if the link is properly inserted, by clicking on it and joining the session. This link will be active from the moment when the online session is created. For links which are too long, a URL shortener can be used.
The online label is also shown in the participants' agenda, marking the sessions which have been set as online.
The Join online session button will be active on the date of the session, between the hours when the session is taking place. The button will be active for registered and validated participants who selected the session. The organizer can also join the session from here.
