In the light of recent of recent circumstances, we worked on offering a solution to our clients, the organisers who are interested in making their event fully virtual, without physical attendance.
b2match currently supports online conference sessions with maximum 100 participants. Our solution was built to support interactive sessions, such as pitches and workshops, which cannot allow the participation of a large number of attendees. For more static sessions with large audiences, such as conferences, take into consideration the pre-recording of the speech or the available streaming solutions.

How to activate it
When creating your session, tick Online/Virtual Session.
There are two options:
- Integrated Video Conferencing through Eyeson
If selected, the session will be an integrated interactive session. The organiser doesn't need to additional actions, as the participation to the online session will be available immediately.
- Custom URL
If selected, the organiser needs to provide the link to the meeting in the tool they want to use. Tools like Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex are supported and they can be integrated in the session settings directly.
The virtual session will have the Online label in the organiser's tool and in the agenda.
The Join online session button will be active for participants who select the session. The organiser can join the session anytime.
When clicking on the join button, the preview of the meeting will allow the participants to check their camera and microphone. Under the Camera, Microphone and Output columns, the participants have the system's options.
The participants can invite other participants through the Quick Join button. The guests don't necessarily need to be registered for the event.
The participants can share screens and upload documents to be presented.
The participants list will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
The organisers are able to control the layout (place certain speakers on the screen). 9 participants can be visible on the screen at the same time.
Additionally, the participants can use the chat and record the session. As all the participants are able to control the layout and mute all the participants, organisers should recommend the usage of the chat during the session.
Make sure you install the latest version of your browser and advise the participants to do the same.
